Network Maintenance, Support and Administration
Preventative Maintenance - This service provides on-site maintenance to monitor and proactively maintain key technologies at your firm. It allows for a firm's critical services to receive a regiment of maintenance services, as well as regularly scheduled monitoring to identify issues before they affect a system. In our experience, we have found that this proactive approach to managing a network often prevents failures, as well as serving as a useful tool for planning necessary upgrades that your network may need. We provide preventative maintenance services on the following technologies: infrastructure equipment including servers, routers, remote access devices/VPN, firewalls, hubs, switches, as well as all other core networking components and software.
On-Call (Response-based) Maintenance - This service provides on-call "emergency" maintenance services Monday-Friday, between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. It allows your organization to have rapid access to consultants, in the event of a core network component or related software failure, with guaranteed response time.
Scheduled Support and Administration - We can provide regularly scheduled on-site visits to support your network and desktop (users). We will also provide network administration services during these visits.
